This policy explains how Solutioniser Ltd handles personal data for HabitForge, including the Android beta app and related cloud sync services.

Who We Are

HabitForge is provided by Solutioniser Ltd. You can contact us about this policy, your data, or account deletion at support@solutioniser.io.

Data We Collect

HabitForge may collect and store the following data:

  • Email address.
  • Authentication identifiers.
  • Habit data, including habit names, settings, and status.
  • Habit logs, completions, skips, and related dates.
  • Tags and tag preferences.
  • Scorecard entries.

How We Use Data

We use this data to provide account login, cloud sync, account restore, and normal HabitForge app operation. HabitForge is a solo-user habit tracking product; payments and social features are not part of the beta release.

Processors

HabitForge uses Supabase for authentication and database hosting. Expo and EAS may be used for app build, update, and release infrastructure.

Retention And Deletion

We keep account and habit data while your HabitForge account is active or while it is needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing support@solutioniser.io. We may need to retain limited records where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Security

HabitForge transmits data over HTTPS. Account and app data is stored in Supabase. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

No Sale Of Personal Data

Solutioniser Ltd does not sell personal data collected through HabitForge.

Changes

We may update this policy as HabitForge changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised policy on this page.
